This impressive two story villa comprises 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. The villa can comfortably accommodate 15 people in 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, one with twin single bunk beds and a sixth bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bunk bed above.
The entrance to the villa is on the upper level where the master bedroom suite is located. The spacious master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and oval bath. The other bedroom on this level offers a comfortable bunk bed with a queen-size bed below and a single on top, ideal for a couple with a young child.
The remaining bedrooms are all situated on the lower level. Bedroom 3 and 4 are both furnished with king-size beds and have large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built-in wardrobes. Both rooms have sliding double doors that lead directly onto the sun terrace and the private swimming pool. Bedroom 5 has a king-size bed and bedroom 6 has two sets of bunk beds, ideal for children wishing to be close to their parents at night. Both rooms share a family bathroom.
The secondary living room is located on the lower level along with a games room. The living room has a 50” flat screen television, DVD player, cable TV and a surround sound system. The spacious games room is equipped with a pool table, dart board and gym equipment - bar stools, tables and chairs provide plenty of seating.
The large main living room is on the upper level with ample seating and has a 50” flat screen television, DVD player (with a selection of recent movies), cable TV and a Bluetooth speaker system. Outside the main living room is the spacious undercover balcony where there is comfortable seating and an elegant 12-seater dining table. The balcony offers fantastic 180 degree views across Nai Harn.
The fully-fitted luxury Western style kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for self-catering and there is a cosy Thai sitting area adjacent to relax while meals are prepared.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the villa and there is a landline telephone for local calls.
This extensive villa is situated at the heart of ‘The Villas’ prestigious development. Jade Villa is tastefully decorated throughout with Thai artwork and fabrics that complement the rich wooden furniture. The warm internal colours and ambient lighting create a relaxing and calming atmosphere. With the three living areas, long dining table and sala there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the terrific open views across the valley and out to the coast – the perfect Asian retreat.
The villa’s inviting infinity edge swimming pool (10 x 5 metre) with integral Jacuzzi has a feature sun bathing platform suspended over the pool. The extensive sundeck with sun loungers surrounds the pool and at one end sits the large sala with a barbeque, perfect for early evening meals as the sun goes down. With a spacious balcony and plenty of seating in and around the villa there is always somewhere to gather and enjoy time with others or to sit and contemplate in solitude.
When outdoor activities have been exhausted there is a large games room to keep guests entertained, the room is well-equipped with a pool table, dart board and gym equipment.
The luxury Western-style kitchen is fully-fitted and equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for self-catering.

They are happy and confident in the sanitation and safety standards of our accommodation and staff and we are now SHA approved. This has been achieved by combining public health safety measures and our high-quality service standards to reduce the risk and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Various boards, federations, and associations in the tourism industry are in charge of inspecting the checklist and certifying the result of improving a workplace according to the SHA standards.
TAT has awarded the Villas Phuket SHA certificates, and assigned a serial number - B3455 which covers each of our 20 luxury holiday villas here in Nai Harn and Rawai, Phuket. We are recoded in the official database amongst the list of other hotels and holiday villas who have been approved by the SHA.
Establishments will be randomly inspected by the committee and we here at The Villas will pass these inspections each and every time!
The villa is situated in the middle of ‘The Villas’ development and although there are similar luxury villas nearby, they have all been designed not to overlook each other offering privacy and seclusion. The private estate is just a kilometre away from arguably Phuket’s finest beaches – Nai Harn Beach is a comfortable 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. A good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions and activities are within a short distance of the villa. The whole of this area maintains a peaceful and laid back atmosphere and has wonderful views across the valley, lush farmland and village.

Exchange and Banking:
t is worth bearing in mind that although major credit cards and travelers cheques will be accepted in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies in Phuket, many places will only accept cash. Therefore we recommend exchanging travelers cheques in banks or authorised exchange booths for Thai Baht and using cash for everyday purchases. ATMs are widespread across the island so you’re never too far away from an access point. If you do wish to exchange cash we advise only to use reputable banks and hotels and limit the cash you carry on you to the amount needed for the day. Please note that coins cannot be converted on departure. It is also recommended that you save the receipts from your currency exchange transactions as they may be needed if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht at the end of your stay.
All our villas are privately owned so we regret we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.
High-end restaurants and hotels usually include a 10-15% service charge, so although it is not necessary to leave an additional tip (there is some controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiting staff) it is left to your discretion. The majority of smaller restaurants do not include service on the bill and staff would be pleased to receive a 10% tip if you feel the service was satisfactory.
It is the custom to tip staff such as chefs, drivers and housekeepers. Any gratuity will be very much appreciated, but completely up to you and should be given directly to the person you intend it for.
Arrival and Departure formalities:
All Travel documents are the responsibility of guests and should be thoroughly checked before leaving for Thailand. All guests will need a valid passport and the expiry date should be at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport should contain enough blank pages for entry and exit stamps issued when passing through immigration. Visa requirements differ from country to country and are subject to change – so you must ensure you have the correct documentation. For stays in Thailand of a maximum of 30 days – visas are issued on arrival for tourists from most countries. However longer stays will normally require a tourist visa obtained from a Thai Embassy in your country of origin or departure point. It is strongly advised that you check specific visa requirements particular to your country of residence well in advance of travelling
Once your Nai Harn accommodation and arrival details in Phuket have been confirmed, we will advise you on the airport transfer procedure and transport to your residence.
