Large Family Holiday Villa overlooking Rawai Beach

On entering the villa on the middle level you will be welcomed by breathtaking picturesque sea views through the huge sliding doors that open up from the main living room onto a spacious balcony. There the large (12 x 5 metre) infinity edge private swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a sundeck with stylishly modern furniture and comfortable sunbeds. A large undercover dining table with ample seating is ideal for al fresco dining and barbeques. The second sun terrace on the top floor balcony can be accessed by an external spiral staircase.
Three of the 9 bedrooms are located on the upper level of the villa - the master bedroom suite, the second master suite and one of the twin rooms.
The master bedroom suite is furnished with a king-size bed and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with two hand basins, a walk-in shower, a large bath, vanity units and toilet. The dressing area offers plenty of wardrobe space and is fitted with a personal safe. The suite has its own elegant private living room complete with a flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. Magnificent sea views can be enjoyed from the suite’s own individual balcony that has a dining table and chairs for intimate private dining.
The second master suite is also fitted out with a king-size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath and twin wash hand basins. Sliding doors lead to the suite’s private balcony which offers some stunning views over the Andaman Sea. One of the twin rooms is also located on this upper level with a large private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, wash hand basin this room is perfect for a couple or for young children who wish to be near their parents. Both bedrooms are equipped with the latest flat screen TVs, DVD players and cable TV.
On this upper level of the villa there is also a secondary living room with beautiful sea views, a large comfortable sofa, 50” flat screen TV and DVD player; a perfect place to relax and wind down at the end of the day. Leading off from the living room is a peaceful study/ office with a work desk and high-speed WiFi connection and landline telephone.
The middle level of the villa hosts the main living area, a modern Western-style kitchen and two king-size bedroom suites. The elegant living room area, with ample comfortable seating and large flat screen TV, gives access to the swimming pool and the fully equipped kitchen. The two bedroom suites, each with en-suite bathrooms, have their own private balcony offering some of Phuket’s most stunning views.
The stairs from the main living area take you down to the lower level that opens up to a huge games room, complete with pool table, table tennis, darts, indoor basketball and gym equipment. There is also plenty of seating available, with comfy sofas and bar stools to sit and enjoy the ocean views.
The remaining 4 bedrooms are also located on this floor, 3 twin rooms, each with two single beds, en-suite bathrooms and flat screen TVs and the forth bedroom with two sets of single bunk beds and en-suite bathroom. Access to the villa’s laundry facilities, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, linen airing and storage area, can be gained from here.
Leading off from the games room is a state-of-the-art Cinema Room with six reclining double lounger chairs comfortably seating 12, where you can relax and watch your favourite movies at your convenience.

The villa’s 8 bedrooms can easily and comfortably accommodate 16 people and a 9th bedroom with two sets of single bunk beds can be used to sleep 4 children. All the bedrooms, the three living areas, games room and Thai sitting room are equipped with large modern flat screen TVs. The undercover outside dining table can seat 16 and is in the perfect location to marvel at the magnificent views and stunning sunsets while enjoying an al fresco meal or delicious barbeque.
The fully-fitted Western-style kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for self-catering.
The considerably sized infinite edge swimming pool, 12 x 5 metres, has an integral Jacuzzi and offers astounding 180 degree ocean views. Just beyond the pool lies a tranquil garden terrace set up with sun loungers and tables and chairs.
Diamond View is located close to Rawai Beach where numerous long-tail boats and speed boats can be hired for island hopping excursions or fishing and snorkeling trips. Within easy walking distance from the villa are a wide variety of restaurants offering Thai and international cuisine. Convenience stores, bars and a lively nightlife are also close to hand. For a fun and relaxing day at the beach, Phuket’s premier beach, Nai Harn, is just a short drive away.

We are recoded in the official database amongst the list of other hotels and holiday villas who have been approved by the SHA.
Establishments will be randomly inspected by the committee and we here at The Villas will pass these inspections each and every time!
Diamond View is located on the hillside in a quiet private estate overlooking Rawai Beach. It is one of only two large residencies on the estate. The villa enjoys total privacy and 180 degree views over the Andaman Sea. There are only a few other smaller villas of a similar design comfortably spread out over the private development’s gardens. Less than a 10 minute walk from Diamond View is Rawai Beach where there is a good selection of restaurants and bars. Rawai Beach with its numerous long-tail boats and speed boats serves as an excellent set off point to explore the outlying islands.

Exchange and Banking:
t is worth bearing in mind that although major credit cards and travelers cheques will be accepted in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies in Phuket, many places will only accept cash. Therefore we recommend exchanging travelers cheques in banks or authorised exchange booths for Thai Baht and using cash for everyday purchases. ATMs are widespread across the island so you’re never too far away from an access point. If you do wish to exchange cash we advise only to use reputable banks and hotels and limit the cash you carry on you to the amount needed for the day. Please note that coins cannot be converted on departure. It is also recommended that you save the receipts from your currency exchange transactions as they may be needed if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht at the end of your stay.
All our villas are privately owned so we regret we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.
High-end restaurants and hotels usually include a 10-15% service charge, so although it is not necessary to leave an additional tip (there is some controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiting staff) it is left to your discretion. The majority of smaller restaurants do not include service on the bill and staff would be pleased to receive a 10% tip if you feel the service was satisfactory.
It is the custom to tip staff such as chefs, drivers and housekeepers. Any gratuity will be very much appreciated, but completely up to you and should be given directly to the person you intend it for.
Arrival and Departure formalities:
All Travel documents are the responsibility of guests and should be thoroughly checked before leaving for Thailand. All guests will need a valid passport and the expiry date should be at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport should contain enough blank pages for entry and exit stamps issued when passing through immigration. Visa requirements differ from country to country and are subject to change – so you must ensure you have the correct documentation. For stays in Thailand of a maximum of 30 days – visas are issued on arrival for tourists from most countries. However longer stays will normally require a tourist visa obtained from a Thai Embassy in your country of origin or departure point. It is strongly advised that you check specific visa requirements particular to your country of residence well in advance of travelling
Once your Nai Harn accommodation and arrival details in Phuket have been confirmed, we will advise you on the airport transfer procedure and transport to your residence.
