Booking Enquiry Procedure

1. When you have chosen the villa you like then contact us either by using the form here or the booking forms on the individual villa pages.

2. If you cannot spare the time to search our website please contact us us with your requirements and questions and we will do our very best to assist.

3. Once we have confirmed that your dates are available we will send you our booking form in full. Please make sure any special requirements or extras are noted on the booking form.

4. Upon receipt of the form you will be asked for a 50% deposit. If you book withu less than 30 days before arrival 100% payment is required. Full details of how to pay will be provided. We will send your booking confirmation once the deposit has been cleared. Please note that other payment arrangements can be accommodated at our discretion such as installments, or balance payable on arrival.

5. The Final payment of the remaining balance must be received by us 30 days before your arrival at the villa.

6. We will send you our welcome pack 2 weeks before you are due to arrive at the Villas, including full details of booking and accommodation.
